At The Knotty Lumber Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your peace of mind.
Reach out to our customer service team at theknottylumberco@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return. If the product was purchased in store, it must be in its packaging and proof of purchase must be provided.
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include any accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days. For products where free shipping was included in the price, the cost associated with shipping the product will be deducted from the refund along with any restocking fees, or costs associated with shipping material.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The Knotty Lumber Co. is not responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning products.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. You will not be charged for the replacement, however the return shipping fees and the delivery shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
