We are proud to offer free shipping on orders across Canada. However, due to the unique logistics involved in delivering to certain regions, please review the following terms and conditions:
Free shipping applies to certain products as advertised by The Knotty Lumber Co. This is excluding custom orders or oversized items, unless otherwise specified. Orders are done through a freight broker service, and are often shipped within 5 business days depending on material availability. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Once your order is placed, we will review the shipping address. If the shipping costs are exceptionally high, we will notify you immediately after it is deemed cost prohibitive
If we determine that the cost to deliver is too high, we will provide a full refund for your order promptly.
Free shipping is not available for international orders or custom bulk orders. Delivery timelines are subject to carrier schedules, weather, and other factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide free shipping to every corner of Canada, some rural and remote regions, including the territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) and other hard-to-reach areas, may require special approval due to higher shipping costs.
We reserve the right to nullify the Free Canada Wide Shipping policy at any time due to internal or external factors, and at our discretion. If an order was placed before such policy changes were implemented, a full refund will be applied to the order.
