"I was kind of skeptical about whether the wood would look as good as it did on the website. When I opened the box I was more than pleasantly surprised. Not only was the wood as advertised, it is something that I would have paid considerably more for at my local wood store."
"The delivery time from Ontario to Nova Scotia was faster than any Amazon product."
"There was a small issue with my order and they took care of it in minutes. Literally minutes. This was my first purchase and I will definitely be a repeat customer."
"This was the third time I ordered from here and every time the product has been great, every phone call answered was great help and very quick delivery."
"Unlike Home Depot or Lowe's, these boards were straight as, you guessed it, a board!"
The heartwood of this timber is a stunning spectrum of colors, from vibrant yellows and oranges to deep reddish browns. The sapwood stands out with its pale yellow hue. Its grain can range from straight to intriguingly irregular and wild. As Canarywood ages, its rainbow hues deepen and unify, and it releases a unique aroma during work.
Celebrated for its dimensional stability, Canarywood shines whether used with hand or power tools. However, its more figured or wild grain can present challenges, making tearout a possibility.
