Does my code ever expire?
No. Your code has no expiry date and no usage limit β a client can use it this month or three years after their close. (Like any program, terms can change, but codes don't quietly die.)
Does my brokerage need to approve this?
The 15% option involves no referral income, so there's typically nothing to approve β all value goes to your client. Ambassador 10/10 pays you, which some brokerages ask you to disclose; check your office's rules or simply choose the 15% option.
Can I have both codes?
No β you hold one: Ambassador 10/10 (agents only) or the 15 (an agent or a whole brokerage). And discounts never stack: one code per project, whichever code your client gives.
How does my client actually use the code?
They request a free quote at our project quote page and mention your code when they tell us about the project. The discount is applied to their invoice β with your code printed on it.
Do my clients have to be near Hamilton?
