Custom work is built to your spec, so we take half up front to secure the slab and start milling. Balance is due on completion.

Hardwood shifts between batches. A walnut top cut this spring won't be quite the tone of one cut next year, and walnut keeps ambering for years after it leaves the shop β so a piece added later rarely matches the one it sits beside.
Commission them together and we build them together: same species, same resin, same finish schedule, same shop, at the same time. Sets can run from a table and bench through to a whole room.

These are the woods we build in most often β and walnut both ways, live edge and squared, because that's the choice people agonise over most. Behind them sits the rest of the lumber yard: twenty-four species in all, including ash, hickory, red oak, hard maple, purpleheart, wenge, zebrawood, canarywood and sapele.
