Beautiful, straight boards. Excellent figure. Nicely dimensioned. One board had a bit of planer snipe at the end, but that is to be expected. The package exceeded expectations.
This worked great for me, saving time and not having to surface and cut so much. I purchased this and the 4/4 maple and had them surfaced. At first I thought this was a lazy way to build something, but it sure was nice! I’m making a chessboard for a friend. It took a while to get it delivered, so plan early.
Order was quality wood with good grain lines and prepared as advertised. Shipping was a little slower than I'd hoped, but not unreasonable.
The boards were perfect. I gave them a final sanding, even though they didn't really need it, and then oiled them with cutting board oil. All five are already spoken for! Thanks
